Our team carefully reviews each application to assess qualifications, experience and fit for the role. While previous experience is not required for all positions, we use pre-determined questions in the application form to evaluate your potential fit within the team.
FIRST INTERVIEW: GETTING TO KNOW YOU
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an initial interview with a recruiter or HR team member, where we will discuss skills, experience and discuss expectations to see how you align with our team.
SECOND INTERVIEW: A DEEPER DIVE
Selected candidates will move on to a second interview with the department manager, focusing on technical skills and role-specific expertise
to ensure a strong match.
FINAL INTERVIEW WITH SENIOR LEADERSHIP
Candidates moving forward will meet senior leadership for a final conversation. A Talent and Competency Assessment may also be part of
this step.
REFERNCE & BACKGROUOND CHECK
As part of our selection process, we may request professional references or conduct background checks.
OFFER AND ONBOARDING - WELCOME ABOARD!
Successful candidates will receive an offer letter followed by a structured onboarding program to help you transition smoothly into your new role.
