What you'll do
- Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in CRM technology.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including industry publications, market reports, and online forums.
- Assist in evaluating CRM platforms and solutions based on functionality, usability, and scalability.
- Support the CRM development team in documenting requirements, user stories, and use cases for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights on current CRM systems and processes.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation summarizing research findings and recommendations.
What we’re looking for
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in CRM technology and its applications in business operations.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Basic understanding of database management systems, software development concepts, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and research tools/software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new concepts and technologies.
