Position Summary
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional beverage service. You will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or similar environment is required.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
- Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to guests.
- Take beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Check and replenish bar supplies, glassware, garnishes, and other necessary items.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately when required.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar equipment.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices and all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with setting up and closing the bar area.
- Respond professionally to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Uphold Marriott service standards and contribute to a positive guest experience.
