As Night Audit Supervisor, you step into a role that combines precision, responsibility, and leadership. Like the night auditors you lead, you are entrusted with the core task of checking figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. You record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly.
Your nights are spent with a sharp eye on cash and cash equivalents, which you control and secure according to property policy and procedures. Files and records are organized, secured, and maintained under strict document retention and confidentiality guidelines. You prepare, maintain, and distribute key statistical, financial, accounting, and auditing information, while auditing and reconciling all revenue postings, all essential to setting the financial tone for the new day.
Beyond these technical responsibilities, you also take the lead in overseeing the front desk operation during the overnight shift, typically from 11 PM to 7 AM. But your leadership doesn’t stop there.
