What you'll do
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Executive Chef and Culinary Team.
- Coordinate kitchen schedules, training records, and team communications.
- Manage kitchen documentation such as inventory reports, temperature logs, requisitions, and purchase orders.
- Assist with menu updates, recipe standardization, and costing sheets.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and task follow-up.
- Support with the preparation of materials for banquets, events, and menu presentations.
- Maintain filing systems, reports, and operational checklists for all culinary outlets.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, health & safety, and HACCP procedures.
What we’re looking for

Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration is preffered.

Experience: 1–3 years in culinary, hospitality, or admin roles.

Skills: Strong organization, communication, and multitasking; proficient in MS Office and kitchen management systems; attention to detail and cost control.

Knowledge: Food safety standards, culinary terminology, and basic kitchen operations.

Attributes: Proactive, reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about food and efficiency.

Preferred: Experience with supplier management or event coordination; food handling certification.
