What you'll do
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead revenue strategies across both properties, aligning with brand standards and market dynamics.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of booking trends and competitive positioning.
- Optimize room inventory, rate positioning, and availability across distribution channels.
- Collaborate with GMs, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Prepare revenue updates and performance summaries for key stakeholders.
- Manage pre-opening setups and conversion property rate strategies.
