What you'll do
- Providing work drawings for executive employees and subcontractors;
- Checking work drawings / production drawings from subcontractors;
- Purchasing preparation of materials and subcontractors (determining scope, establishing quantities, compiling request sets, comparing quotes);
- Creating and monitoring engineering schedules;
- Keeping track of and evaluating additional and less work from subcontractors;
- Regular meetings / transfer of information to the supervisors.

What we’re looking for
- Completed HBO (Higher Vocational Education) degree in Civil Engineering;
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a work preparer on large construction projects;
- Easy to work with and makes clear agreements;
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) or AutoCAD, and MS Projects or equivalent planning software;
- Experience with MS Excel, etc.
- Good communication skills;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Language skills: Dutch and English are a must, Spanish and Papiamento are a plus
