We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role within our Finance department, where you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department and support long-term financial success.
What you'll do
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end closing processes
- Monitor cash flows, manage payables/receivables, and ensure audit readiness
- Act as primary contact for external auditors and oversee internal control procedures
- Oversee daily accounting operations, night audit, asset register, and payroll review
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and analysis that guide decision-making

What we’re looking for
- Degree in Finance or Accounting; RA/CPA preferred
- 3+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally in hospitality
- Expertise in Dutch GAAP, BW Curacao, and local tax laws
- Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
- Clear communicator and confident decision-maker
- A natural leader with excellent management and mentorship skills
- A confident communicator who can translate numbers into meaningful insights
- Someone who is organized, analytical, and detail-oriented but also approachable and collaborative
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
